Framing has begun on the latest home in SOL: a 1331 sf two-story.
Construction is underway on our first spec house in SOL! This 3 bed / 3 bath, 1538 sq ft home will be the 3rd two-story in the community, and the first home to be built to sell. The home is listed at $292,500 and will be ready for occupancy early 2012. Solar included. Check back often for current photos and updates.
One of the latest homes to be completed in SOL - and one of our most popular floor plans. We can only build one more of these in the community, so don’t wait! The 1140 SF plan has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on either end of the house providing excellent privacy. There are two sets of sliders, each with exterior mounted louvers that connect a large courtyard to the living room/dining room/kitchen.
This home is beautifully finished with custom cabinetry in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.
Weighing in at just under 1100 SF… this contender is all about layout. See how the wider hallway made into an office area and the internal courtyard make this place feel cozy and yet airy at the same time.
The house is 1090 SF with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an office area and inner courtyard all for $210,000.
Here’s a furnished 1505 Plan home. The Modern architecture is accentuated by a few modern furniture pieces mixed with family heirlooms and personal artworks. The interior courtyard has come alive with a variety of nice plants while the rear courtyard is being used for holistic gardening.
